The mission at Balance was to educate as many people as possible about menopause, so educational content was key. I worked with fitness instructors, doctors, and nutritionists to build a content calendar for the app and brand social media accounts to help us reach and educate the public.

To increase traffic to MyHealthChecked.com and produce a social media content calendar, I used AI and a team of Science Experts to create a website article content calendar.
Knowing the customer stories helped build brand trust, I also launched an ambassador programme to tell real customer stories about the at-home tests.
